You don’t need to spend a fortune to present your property at its best, but first impressions do count.  Most buyers will be attracted by the initial appearance.

Imagine you are a potential buyer arriving for an inspection.  Lawns and gardens should be neat and tidy, with trimmed edges.  Add a splash of colour with some inexpensive flowers.  These can be in pots or flower beds.

Any fences or gates that need repair should be looked at now.  Keep the mailbox clear of daily mail and leaflet drops as they can look untidy, particularly if they fall to the ground.

Clean windows are a must.  Clear gutters of debris and clean driveway and footpaths.

Remove any spider webs from eaves and verandahs.
